Koka

Koka Singh Arora is an American screenwriter director. Born Sheru Arora, His work has been featured in festivals around the world from Palm Springs LA to Cannes. Graduating from New School University NYC with a dual study in Screenwriting and Directing he later studied Meisner Acting at Maggie Flanigan’s Studio.

Storytelling being paramount to him, he draws inspiration from a childhood spent studying Rod Serling’s The Twilight Zone. In 2023 he started The Neked Director - a social media page aimed at teaching how to understand storytelling in film using framework, color and lighting.

He credit’s his ability “frame up faster than a shutter” to a decade running his own wedding cinema business post university.
